Shutdown of the legacy Sources API for non-card payment methods

The Sources API is a legacy payments integration used to accept both card payments and non-card payment types. Stripe is disabling the ability for users to accept non-card payment types via the Sources API and requiring that our users migrate to the Payment Intents API instead.
