To help you to confirm your Sources API traffic, we have designed tooling that you can access via the Stripe Dashboard. The tool is designed to:
- Clarify which LPMs, also known as non-card payment types, you have historically accepted via the Sources API
- Show if you have had LPM payments via the Sources API in the last 24 hours, in the last 7 days, or in the last 31 days
You can access the tool by following this link to your Dashboard. To access the tooling, you will need to opt into the Workbench. If you have not already done so, you will receive a prompt to do so when following the link.
Accepting LPM and non-card payments via third-party integrations
Stripe is actively working with developers of third-party integrations to ensure that they update their integration by the migration deadline. If you are accepting non-card payments via a third-party integration and wish to avoid customer-facing breakages, you’ll need to download the latest version of the third-party integration before the migration deadline.
If you update to the latest version of your third-party integration and the Stripe Dashboard continues to show non-card activity on the Sources API, or if you experience issues accepting non-card payments after the migration deadline, we recommend that you:
- Reach out to the developer of your third-party integration, and make them aware of your issues
- Contact support to let us know which third-party integration that you’re using. This will allow us to reach out to the developer too
