For users who need to migrate SEPA Credit Transfer volume off of Sources to EUR Bank Transfers, we have put together additional migration docs. These docs are only accessible to impacted users who have a SEPA Credit Transfer migration requirement - if you cannot access the docs, they should not apply to you.

If you are a Stripe Billing (Invoices or Subscriptions) user who also utilizes SEPA Credit Transfer, you can now begin the process of migrating your integration to EUR Bank Transfers. Please see the following migration instructions.

After migrating to Bank Transfers, Stripe will issue new bank account information for each of your existing users. You must communicate this change to your users to start sending funds to the new bank account. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ve added functionality to handle cases where your customer accidentally transfers funds into the existing SEPA Credit Transfer bank account by rerouting these funds to the Cash Balance. This functionality will be available until mid 2025.
