Transfer account ownership to an existing Administrator

If you are the current owner of a Stripe account and want to transfer ownership of a Stripe account to an existing Administrator:

  1. Log into your Stripe account

  2. Go to the Team section under Business Settings

  3. Click Edit next to the user you want to make the new account owner.

  4. From the popup, choose the option to Transfer ownership to this user.
