  • Chat: Available in English only. Average wait time is 3 minutes.

  • Request a phone call: Available in English only. Average wait time is 3 minutes.

If you are contacting us in response to:

  • An email received from Stripe about your payouts or account balance;

  • An email from Stripe requesting additional information about you or your account; or

  • A notification in your Stripe dashboard requesting additional information about you or your account;

Using Stripe through another platform

If you are a Stripe user but you created your account through a third-party platform such as Kickstarter, Shopify, or Squarespace:

  • Email Stripe Support: Stripe can help with questions about your Stripe Dashboard or other Stripe-specific questions. Receive a response within 24 hours.

  • Email your platform: Your platform can help you with questions regarding the service they provide, and other basic troubleshooting for your account.
