Passport, ID, or driver's license upload requirement
In certain countries, we are required to collect, verify, and maintain identity information on the individuals associated with an account. These requirements come from regulators and financial partners, and are intended to promote transparency and prevent individuals from using complex company structures to hide terrorist financing, money laundering, tax evasion, and other financial crimes.
If your business and/or identity cannot be programmatically verified when you sign up for an account, you may have to send a copy of a government-issued photo ID to verify the information manually. If this is the case, you will be notified to upload your documentation in your account.
