Issuing: Active/inactive status of cardholders
If a cardholder is “active”, they will be able to use cards and make transactions. If a cardholder is “inactive,” they will not be able to use any cards or make transactions.
Cardholders cannot be deleted -- they can only be enabled or disabled.
The status can be set to `active` via the API, or by going to the Dashboard to do so.
In the Dashboard, users can go to Issuing > Cardholders > and select the individual cardholder. Once there, if users click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, they then have the option of “enabling” or “disabling” the cardholder.
