How can I check if a connected Stripe Express account with Express dashboard access is claimed?

Once we've sent the pre-filing confirmation email to accounts with access to the Express Dashboard, the account holder will need to click the link in the email to claim access to the connected account. You can check whether they've done this by locating the "Account claim status" property in the Stripe Dashboard, where one of the following three statuses will be displayed:

You can reset the claim attempts for an account with access to the Express Dashboard up to three times via your Stripe Dashboard: Locate the account and use the three-dot menu to find the reset option. The account holder will then need to verify their identity to claim their account. If you need additional reset attempts, you'll need to contact Stripe support.
