Stripe asked you to verify you control your account
If your account doesn't have the latest security features enabled (such as two-factor authentication) and Stripe is concerned that the person logged in is not the legitimate owner, your account access may get paused. If this happens, you will be asked to provide detailed information to confirm your identity. The review process will take 1-3 business days. The account will continue to operate normally, accept payments, and process transfers even if your access is paused.

Submit the completed the form. You will be contacted via your email address on-file within 1-3 business days.
Tips
Complete the form from a device and a location that you have previously logged in with.
Submit as many pieces of information as you know about your account. The more information you provide, the more likely we can help you recover your account.
If you are unsure, guessing to the best of your knowledge is better than leaving an answer blank. Wrong answers are not considered as a part of the evaluation.
What if I cannot prove the ownership of my account?
Try to complete the account verification form again.
Create a new account on your platform and try again later on your older account when you remember more information.
Once you re-gain access to the Dashboard, improve the security of your Stripe account by setting up two-step authentication.
