For Stripe account holders in Brazil, indirect tax applies to all Stripe fees, including payment, dispute, and product fees. Stripe fees are inclusive of all such indirect taxes.

In May 2022, Stripe received a payment institution license in Brazil, and since then, it is no longer required to issue electronic invoices to its account holders. This means you will not receive the NFS-e for fees paid to Stripe (starting with fees for May 2022).
