See your Direct Debit Instructions (DDI) under Payouts settings in the Dashboard.
Click Direct debit details next to your bank account details.
If you see the Direct debit guarantee details, then the instructions are active and your account can be automatically debited to remedy a negative balance.
It can take up to 3 days for the DDI instructions to show up on a newly added bank account.
If your business has a bank account that requires two or more signatories to allow the account to be debited and you are in the United Kingdom (UK), contact Stripe Support for a paper Direct Debit Instruction form to sign and return.
