Support for money transfers from international platforms to India-based Stripe accounts

We generally do not support transfer of money from non-India platforms to India Stripe accounts (for example, Deliveroo does not work with Stripe India, as this involves transfer of money from a non-India, non-US platform to an Indian account). We do support this functionality for US platforms (that is, US platforms can pay out to connected accounts in India).
