Why am I getting a text message or email about verifying with Link?

Hundreds of thousands of businesses use Link to make checkout easier. At some point, you may have made a purchase at one of these businesses and saved your payment information for future usage.

Link sends a six-digit verification code via SMS to your mobile phone number or email address to confirm that it is indeed you who is making the purchase. To complete the purchase, enter the code when prompted and complete the checkout. Don’t share this code with anyone—our employees will never ask for it.

If you would like to opt out of receiving texts, please follow the instructions in your SMS and guidance on the support page provided.


Where can I get help with a purchase I made with Link?

If you have questions about an order—such as shipping, returns, refunds, disputes, subscription cancellation etc—please reach out to the business where you made the purchase.
