If you've interacted with Stripe or a merchant who uses Stripe, it's possible Stripe has collected information from you in your capacity as a Stripe user or as a consumer. Please see the appropriate section below in order to action your request.
If you have a Stripe user account, you can close your account in the settings of your Stripe dashboard. You can read more about that here: Close a Stripe account.
Once you complete the account closure steps, we will delete your data in accordance with applicable law.

If you are a customer who’s had your identity verified by a Stripe Identity user(s), we need to verify and authenticate your request in order to delete your information. In order to authenticate your request, please send an email to email@example.com to begin the process.
Our service provider will only use your credentials in order to obtain your bank account data for your requested transactions, and will delete your credentials shortly after obtaining the bank account data.
We may retain your bank account data even after we cease providing services to your merchant to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Please see our support site page related to Canada Bank Debit Verification for more.
If you are the customer of a Stripe user (merchant), the Stripe user may be responsible for responding to your query and we recommend you reach out to them directly.
