We are legally required as a payment processor to complete what's called a KYC (Know Your Customer) survey for every account that's opened here at Stripe. We normally ask for a business website to review (this could even be a Facebook or LinkedIn page describing the products and services you provide).

However, if your business does not have or require a website, please get in touch with us and provide the following information:

• Detailed explanation of what you’re processing payments for through this Stripe account

• Your business model

• How are your customers discovering and purchasing your services?

• Links to any social media pages (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, etc), invoices or relevant images of your goods and services; these will greatly expedite your review
