If you’ve already reserved your preferred company name with the State of Delaware, the name will no longer show as available on the website during the reservation period. In order to submit formation documents to Delaware, Stripe Atlas will need to provide a copy of the payment receipt.

You can send us a copy of the receipt with the subject line “Company name reservation receipt” to atlas@stripe.com. Providing this receipt before we submit your documents to Delaware will help prevent your company incorporation from being delayed.
