If your preferred name is available, you’ll be re-directed to a page to reserve your name. You are not required to reserve your name at this point. A re-direct to this page is simply confirmation that your preferred name is available in Delaware.
If your name’s already taken in Delaware, a message will appear below the search button. It will read: “The name is not available for reservation”. Unfortunately, you’ll need to select a different name.
