Your registered agent in Delaware will receive official government notices and act as a liaison between your company and the state. It is solely an address for your company to receive legal notices and communications from the government (from the State of Delaware for example) and to receive notice of any legal claims against your company in the unfortunate event that your company faces a lawsuit.
