Payouts can be delayed if there are national holidays in the UAE as our banking partners are closed during that time.

As the specific dates of certain holidays can be announced at short notice, Stripe will inform you of any expected delays via your Dashboard once the exact holiday dates are confirmed.

For users on daily payouts, you can expect your payout to arrive within 1-2 days of the holiday period ending.

For users on weekly or monthly payout schedules, your payout may be delayed until your next scheduled payout date. For example: if you receive payouts on the first of every month and a holiday falls on May 1st, your next payout may be delayed until June 1st.

There are two options to create a payout in this situation:

• Switch your account’s payout schedule to daily or weekly

• Create a once-off manual payout
