# Payout schedule for Stripe accounts in India

### Stripe (or your platform) makes payouts to your bank account for you to receive funds. This article explains payout schedules and payout funds availability in India.

### Payout schedule
Payouts are processed automatically on a daily basis. Manual, weekly, and monthly payout schedules aren’t available for accounts in India.
Payouts aren’t posted during the weekend or public holidays. If the expected post date falls on a weekend or holiday, it’s paid out on the following business day.
### Payout funds availability
Daily payout funds paid out to your bank account include payments processed five business days prior for international cards and two business days prior for Indian cards.
### First payout
There is a seven day waiting period for the first payout. Several factors can extend the waiting period, including operating in a high-risk industry. Stripe processes subsequent payouts daily according to the funds availability timelines listed above.
