# Enabling notifications on the Stripe Dashboard mobile app

Follow these steps to enable push notifications on the Stripe Dashboard mobile app on [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id978516833?pt=91215812&ct=stripe-mobile-app-support-page&mt=8) or [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stripe.android.dashboard):
* Tap your merchant icon on the top left of any screen to open the Account and Settings screen.
* Navigate to Global settings > Notification settings from the list of menu options.
* Tap the toggle to turn notifications on or off for each of your merchant accounts.
**Additional troubleshooting**
Push notifications will only work if you also allow notifications for Stripe in the general Settings of your Phone (Settings > Notifications). If you still aren’t receiving push notifications, you can also try the following:
* Check if you have the latest version of our app installed, and update if not.
* Log out and log back in again.
