The default time zone in your Stripe account is based on the location in which your Stripe account was registered. For example, if your account was set up with a San Francisco-based business address, your dashboard will reflect times according Pacific Time.
If you are creating a new Stripe account while logged into an existing account, the new account will inherit the time zone of the existing account.
