Copy existing account data to a new Stripe account
The process of copying customer data across accounts only copies the raw customer objects, and the process is a copy rather than a migration, meaning that the old data remains in the original account. We recommend keeping the old account for reference and recreating subscription plans and settings in the new account.
You are able to complete copies of customer data across accounts. Follow these steps to complete the process.
Things to know about copying data to a new account
Only the raw customer objects are copied over, meaning that individual charges, invoices, plans and subscriptions, coupons, events and logs are not copied over.
The customers that are copied over will have the same ID on the new/secondary account as they did on the original account.
This process is a copy, not a migration. This means that all of your old data will remain in your old account. We recommend keeping the original "old" account so that you can access the legacy data in it if you ever need it for reference.
