Select ‘Download’ from the Tax Form page in Stripe Express

Once your platform has filed and delivered your 1099 tax form, you can select the View Form option from the Tax Form page, provided you’ve agreed to paperless delivery. You’ll be prompted to provide the last four digits of the TIN that appears on your 1099 tax form.
