Disputes overview

You can view all of your disputes in your account by navigating to the payments sections where it is marked by a tab entitled “Disputes”. Here, you can see the dispute reason, amount, dispute fee, and due date.

In the Payment Details section, you are able to counter or accept the dispute.

If you choose to counter the dispute (because you disagree with the cardholder's claim), follow the steps in the flow to submit evidence to have the best chance of winning the dispute. For more information on this, see Responding to disputes.

If you choose to accept the dispute (because you agree with the cardholder's claim), you'll see a final confirmation screen before accepting. For more information on this, see Accepting Disputes FAQ
