If you are an individual (in the US), your bank account name needs to be registered under the account owner name or DBA name listed on your Stripe account.

If you are an individual (in India), your bank account name needs to be registered under the business owner name listed on your Stripe account.

If you are a sole proprietor, partnership, or single member LLC, your bank account needs to be registered under your legal business name, DBA name, or representative name listed on your Stripe account.

If you are an LLC, corporation, or non-profit, Stripe requires that the bank account be in the company’s legal business name or DBA name.
