What should I do if I receive an email regarding an investigation of fraud prevention measures?

If you have received an email from us, download the fraud prevention investigation questionnaire from the document section (Settings > Reports and Documents > Documents), fill it out, and reply to us. You must provide details of transactions that were subject to fraud in the last three months, the measures taken upon discovery of the fraud, and the status of implementation or timing of implementation of the fraud prevention measures as stipulated in the Credit Card Security Guidelines.

What happens if I do not respond to the fraud prevention measures investigation email?

If you do not respond to this request or if sufficient answers are not received, it may be determined based on the Stripe Terms of Use, the service terms of Mitsui Sumitomo Card, and the service terms of JCB that there is a risk in continuing the merchant contract, which could potentially lead to contract termination.
