_**This note is provided for general information purposes and should not be construed as legal advice. If you have further questions that are specific to your business, we recommend that you speak to a legal advisor.**_ On January 1, 2023, Croatia joined the Eurozone and changed its currency from the Kuna (HRK) to the euro (EUR). As part of this transition, the Croatian National Bank has issued dual pricing requirements. This new legislation requires Croatian businesses selling to Croatian consumers to display prices in both HRK and EUR, using the fixed exchange rate of 7.53450 HRK to 1 EUR. The dual pricing requirements will be in place until December 31, 2023.
You should update your integration to display prices in both HRK and EUR to Croatian customers, and [collect payments in EUR](/questions/croatian-kuna-%28hrk%29-currency-transition-to-euro-%28eur%29).
If you have any questions specific to your business and how this new legal requirement impacts you, you may want to reach out to your legal advisor for guidance.
