Definition of Connect sticker pricing

Connect sticker pricing is the posted rate that is applied to any new Connect user who signs up independently. Connect users who have a negotiated fee agreement with Stripe are not considered to be on sticker pricing, and are not eligible for any promotions that apply to accounts with sticker pricing.
