Corporate Card transactions can have one of the following statuses:
A blank status means the transaction was successful, and has been posted to your statement with no further action needed.
Attached: This transaction was successful, but required a receipt upload. A receipt has successfully been attached to the transaction at this time, so no further action is needed.
-
Canceled: A canceled status indicates a transaction that was authorized successfully, but not captured.
-
Declined: A declined status indicates a transaction that received an error in processing and the transaction did not go through.
Disputed: This transaction was successful, but has been disputed.
Pending: A pending status indicates a transaction that has been authorized, but the funds have not been captured yet. If the funds are not captured by the merchant within seven days time, the authorization will automatically be canceled and the funds will be released.
-
Required: A required status indicates a successful transaction that requires a receipt upload. This will show if a transaction is above the threshold dollar amount that your company has set as requiring receipts (by default, it’s set to 75 USD but this may be different depending on your company’s settings).
➞ You will need to submit a receipt for this transaction.
