## Additional Information
Platforms are not able to collect cross-border application fees. Some examples include:
* Platforms in Malaysia with a connected account outside of Malaysia are not permitted to collect application fees on the charges on the non-Malaysian connected account.
* Platforms outside of Malaysia with connected accounts in Malaysia are not permitted to collect application fees on the charges on the Malaysian connected account.
