Trial conversions are calculated by dividing the number of conversions in the last 30 days by the number of ended trials, either by conversion or cancellation, in the last 30 days.
Additional information
A trial converts when the full trial period has ended, the subscription has not been cancelled and the first invoice has been paid.
Even if a customer cancels shortly after paying their first invoice, we will still consider their trial converted.
Stripe Billing uses a rolling 30-day window to sum the number of conversions and the number of ended trials.
Trial conversion rate may exceed 100%. Trial conversion rate is the percentage of trials that converted within the last 30 days. A trial is converted when the first invoice is paid; if the first invoice being paid is more than 30 days after the trial ending, the number of trial-convertings can be larger than the number of trial-endings.
