Stripe accounts based in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and all countries in the European Economic Area except Iceland are able to accept payments from JCB cards.
No action is needed to accept JCB payments for accounts based in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, US, UK and all supported countries in the EEA region. JCB has been enabled by Stripe on all accounts in these countries, so you are now able to receive JCB card payments.
For accounts based in Japan, action is required in order to enable JCB payments. To begin the process of enabling these payments, take a look at our guide to Enabling JCB payments for Japan-based Stripe accounts.
The only major card feature not supported by JCB is 3D Secure (3DS) in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United States.
