Click on “I don't know my previous information” to upload an identification document to verify your identity in order to update your account details.

In the Express dashboard navigate to Profile icon > Payout Details > the Payout Account you'd like to edit. You may be asked for verification at this point.

💡 Tip: Not all accounts require verification before editing. If it's not required, you will go directly to the account edit screen. Bank accounts require verification after the first payout, and debit cards always require verification.

If you don't have your previous bank account or debit card information available, you can click on "I don't know my previous information" at the bottom of the update screen -- this will take you to a page where you can upload an identification document (e.g. Driver's License or passport) to verify your identity. Once verified, you can update your account details.
