1. You have a computer or phone with internet access.

Please use the latest version of Google Chrome. If you prefer to use Safari or Internet Explorer, please ensure that you are using the latest versions of both browsers. You will also need access to hardware (e.g., an internet-connected phone or computer) that can run an internet browser. Stripe isn’t able to provide technical support if you’re using an outdated browser.

2. You will be able to view Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) files and Adobe PDF files.

To download and print a PDF file of your tax form, please install Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3. You will update your Stripe Express account for any changes to your email address.

For instructions on how to update your email address, read this article. IRS information tax returns can be resent to you. However, other communications will not be resent if we receive an electronic notice that the email is undeliverable due to an incorrect email address.
