View your support cases from the Dashboard

From the Support centre you can view active and closed support cases, upload files requested by Stripe, and respond to ongoing cases. The Support centre is found under the Help menu (question mark icon) in the top right-hand corner of the Dashboard.

To respond to an existing support case

  1. In the Support centre, find the case in the Active tab of the Support messages table
  2. Click on the case to view the case details.
  3. At the bottom of the case details page is a text box where you can type your reply.
