Unrecognized Stripe login email

Stripe sends an email when your account is accessed from a new device and location. If you received an email about an unrecognized login and do not recognize this login session:

  1. Review your Stripe sessions. You can see information on your past Stripe logins and sign out of them if any seem suspicious.

  2. Enable two-step authentication. Two-step authentication lets you use your mobile device as an extra layer of security: when someone logs into your Stripe account they will also have to provide a unique code that we will send to your mobile device.

  3. Reset your Stripe account password. If you believe someone logged into your account without your permission, you can reset your password to prevent them from logging in again.
