Terminal card reader returns
If you purchased your reader directly from Stripe
Users in the US, Canada, Australia & EMEA (excluding Norway & Switzerland)
- Navigate to the Hardware orders section in your Dashboard here.
- Select the order you want to return and select the Return Order button.
- Provide the reason for the return and the serial number of the device you are returning.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the reader in its original packaging (with all accessories) and attach the return label.
- Ship the package back to Stripe using the provided return label.
All other geographies
- Navigate to the Hardware orders section in your Dashboard here.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Click Contact Support to automatically send us your order details.
- Be sure to provide the serial number of the device you are returning and the reason for return in your message.
Please note: We can only accept refunds for orders in original packaging (along with all accessories) within 30 days of the date of purchase. See here for warranty details.
If you purchased your reader via a Connect platform and not directly from Stripe
Please contact the platform directly to request a return or refund of the Terminal reader. Stripe is unable to facilitate the return or a refund of a Terminal reader bought via a platform.
