If you purchased your reader directly from Stripe

• Navigate to the Hardware orders section in your Dashboard here

• Select the order you want to return

• Click Contact Support to automatically send us your order details

• Be sure to provide the serial number of the device you are returning and the reason for return in your message.

Please note: We can only accept refunds for orders in original packaging (along with all accessories) within 30 days of the date of purchase.See here for warranty details.

If you purchased your reader via a Connect platform and not directly from Stripe

Please contact the Platform directly to request a return or refund of the Terminal reader. Stripe is unable to facilitate the return or a refund of a Terminal reader bought via a Platform.
