You can set a specific language for a Customer using the preferred_locales
field in the API or the Customer page in the Dashboard. Stripe will issue invoices, receipts, and other customer facing emails to that customer with an appropriately translated email, payment page, or PDF.
Supported languages are:
ar-AR
da-DK
de-DE
en-US
es-ES
es-419
fi-FI
fr-FR
he-IL
it-IT
ja-JP
nl-NL
pt-BR
no-NO
sv-SE
Stripe will not automatically translate any content entered manually, such as notes, descriptions, and product names. If you want to translate those fields into another language, they will need to be translated by you.
