The app is available for accounts that access the Stripe Dashboard, which includes Standard accounts and excludes Custom and Express accounts.
Additionally, Stripe users with the role of "Support Specialist" are not able to log in to the mobile app either, due to lacking permission to view the data.
To use the mobile app, you'll need to enable Two-step authentication on your Stripe account. Each time you log in to your account on the mobile app, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code.
If you're still unable to log in and it's not related to two-step authentication or the type of account or role, you should ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
