# Troubleshooting Payment Issues

### Why am I getting an 'insufficient funds' error when paying with Crypto?
If you received an insufficient funds error when trying to complete a payment using Crypto, this means that you don’t have enough stablecoins (USDC, USDP, USDG) and gas (ETH, SOL, POL) to complete this purchase. Either fund your wallet and retry or use a different payment method.
### **Why am I seeing “there was an error sending your transaction. Please try again or contact support.”**
This message can sometimes mean that:
* The wallet does not have enough crypto to cover the gas fees. Stablecoins do not automatically cover these fees.
* If you're using a cold wallet, try using a hot wallet for the payment instead.
* You may have crypto, but not supported Stablecoins. Fund your wallet with supported stablecoins on Base, Solana, Polygon, or Ethereum.
### **Why has crypto been deducted from my wallet when the payment was not successful?**
If you notice a deduction on your wallet but the payment was not completed successfully during checkout, allow up to 48 hours for your stablecoins to be reversed. If this does not happen, reach out to us specifying this issue and we can investigate the transaction status further.
### **Which Stablecoins are supported?**
You can pay using the following stablecoin options:
* USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Base
* USDP on Ethereum and Solana
* USDG on Ethereum
### How do I request a refund if I paid using Crypto?
Stripe cannot process refunds or returns on behalf of the business.
To request a refund or return for a product you purchased using Crypto, you must contact the business that you purchased from. You can find their contact information in the email receipt you should have received from them after your successful purchase.
