I can't find the micro-deposit verification code in my bank statement descriptor. What should I do?

If you are unable to confirm the verification code from your bank statement descriptor (e.g. if your bank doesn't display the statement descriptor properly), you can click "Send another deposit" on Stripe's micro-deposit form. If your merchant doesn't use Stripe's micro-deposit form, please contact them directly for support.

If you click "Send another deposit” on Stripe’s form, we will then trigger a new set of two micro-deposits of varying amounts, which should be posted to your account in one to three working days. Either Stripe or your merchant will then prompt you to verify these amounts (rather than a verification code).
