# How do I report a complaint to Stripe?

We are committed to providing great service, and if something goes wrong we want to hear about it. If you want to file a complaint about Stripe or your merchant, you can do so using our [Complaint Submission Form](https://stripe.com/complaints) and selecting “Financial Connections” from the drop-down or by emailing [complaints@stripe.com](mailto:complaints@stripe.com).
