You can change your password from the profile section of your Dashboard page. Click on “Change Password…”

Try entering your recovery code by selecting ‘Disable Verification’. Otherwise, you can submit a recovery request here
Why am I not receiving any emails from Stripe.
This is usually down to emails being considered junk or spam. Check your mailbox junk or spam folder, and ensure that you whitelist email from stripe.com if possible.
How do I receive email notifications for successful payments or disputes?
Each team member can set up their own email notifications for various events via their user profile
Can I migrate my existing data to Stripe?
