# Why is Sold through Link, LLC the legal entity on my invoice for Stripe Managed Payments fees?

You can download your tax invoice for Stripe Managed Payments (SMP) fees in the Dashboard through [Settings > Compliance and Documents > My Documents](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/documents).
If you're a merchant using managed payments, you will receive one invoice for the Stripe Managed Payments fee from **Sold through Link, LLC**, the legal entity providing the Merchant of Record service. All other Stripe fees are charged by the local Stripe entity providing all other Stripe services, and those fees will be reflected in a separate document.
### If your invoice shows "LemonSqueezy LLC" as the legal entity
If you have **invoices issued before April 6, 2026**, you may see LemonSqueezy LLC listed as the legal entity instead of Sold through Link, LLC. This is expected: LemonSqueezy was the previous legal entity used for Stripe Managed Payments. The change to Sold through Link, LLC, doesn't affect your service, pricing, or any prior transactions. Both names refer to the same underlying Merchant of Record service provided as part of Stripe Managed Payments.
