# Why did Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 decline my Stripe-issued Treasury card?

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 might decline your Stripe-issued Treasury card if the billing address registered with them doesn’t match your card’s billing address. The error message might be generic, such as “Address doesn’t match.”
## Resolve a billing address mismatch
1. Find your card’s billing address in the Stripe Dashboard.
1. Compare it with the billing address registered with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
1. Make sure the addresses match by either:
   * Updating your card's billing address to match your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 address.
   * Updating your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 address to match your card's billing address.
1. Retry the purchase.
## How Stripe determines your card’s billing address
When you incorporate through [Stripe Atlas](https://docs.stripe.com/atlas/signup) and onboard to [Stripe Treasury and Cards](https://docs.stripe.com/treasury/cards), Stripe creates a cardholder using the account representative’s address. This address can be inside or outside the United States and becomes the billing address for cards issued to that cardholder.
You can create additional cardholders after incorporation, but they must have a US address.
