You may notice that the "Install app" button on an app listing page is disabled. This can be due to any of the following reasons:
You are not logged in to Stripe
You need to be logged in to install an app. Log in before returning to the Marketplace listing.
You are not an Administrator for your account
Only team members with the Administrator role can install, uninstall and manage apps for an account. To check if you’re an Administrator for any of your accounts, go to your profile and scroll down to the Accounts section to see your role in each account.
Stripe Apps are not supported by your platform
If your account is connected to a platform – that is, a third party that administers payments and data on your account – they may not support app installation for connected accounts.
You can find out if your account is connected to a platform by following these steps.
You are the developer of the app
You cannot install an app on the account that has published it through the Marketplace. The app will already be installed on your account through the upload process. If you wish to test installation of an app you’ve published, you can create a new account.
