# Which address should I use for Atlas incorporation?

Different steps of your company setup have different address requirements.
## If you have a U.S. physical address
You can use it everywhere — it works for every step of incorporation, Stripe payments, and banking.
## If you don't have a U.S. physical address
You may need a virtual U.S. address for some steps. You can get one through Atlas partners [Stable](https://www.usestable.com/partners/stripe-atlas-partner) or [Postal](https://platform.usepostal.com/auth/register?referralCode=STRIPEATLAS6).
Each step has different requirements:
- **Incorporation**: Any address works, U.S. or non-U.S., except your registered agent address.
- **Stripe payments**: You can use a physical or virtual U.S. address.
- **Banking**: Most banks require a physical address. Stripe Treasury and some banking partners accept non-U.S. physical addresses.
## Can I use my registered agent address?
No. Atlas appoints your registered agent to receive mail from the Delaware Secretary of State. Don't use this address for incorporation or banking.
