# Where is my 1099K tax form?

If you are eligible to receive a 1099 tax form, once your form is generated, you will receive an email from Stripe stating your tax form is ready. Your 1099 tax form is located on the Documents page in the Stripe dashboard and is made available before January 31.
The Documents page is only available to certain user roles such as ‘Admin’ or ‘Tax Analyst’.
